摘要

An efficient highly enantioselective fluorination of β-keto esters/amides catalysed by diphenylamine-linked bis(thiazoline)-Cu(OTf) ₂ complexes has been developed. The corresponding products could be obtained with good to excellent enantioselectivities (up to > 99% ee) in excellent yields by utilizing N-fluorobisbenzenesulphonimide (NFSI) as fluorination reagent.
