摘要

An efficient method for selective cleavage of silyl ethers mediated by SbCl₃ in the presence of a number of function groups was described and the primary silyl ethers were hydrolized in the presence of the secondary ethers. The desilyl reaction took much longer time in dry solution than in wet.
