摘要

The enhancement of particulate combustion performance is beneficial to increase the particulate oxidation rate and decrease the pressure drop, so as to improve the regeneration performance of catalytic gasoline particulate filter (CGPF). In this work, the simulation software Fluent is used for simulating the exhaust parameters affecting the regeneration performance of CGPF in equilibrium state. The parameters to evaluate the catalytic efficiency and regeneration performance of CGPF are defined, and the effect of exhaust parameters on the regeneration performance in equilibrium state is studied. Under the conditions of simulation test, the results are presented as follows. Under the conditions of simulation test, the results are presented as follows. (1) The evaluation value β of catalytic efficiency reaches the maximum value of 0.648 at 600 K. (2) The pressure drop reaches the maximum value of 18.05 kPa at 0.012 kg/s. when the exhaust flow increases from 0.004 kg/s to 0.012 kg/s, the particulate oxidation rate will decrease by 40.5% at 600 K. (3) The catalytic efficiency increases with the increase of oxygen concentration, reaching the maximum value of 0.669 when the oxygen concentration is 2%. (4) The catalytic efficiency increases with the decrease of NO2/NO ratio, reaching the maximum value of 0.723 when the NO2/NO ratio is 1:15. Based on orthogonal experiment, it is known that the NO2/NO ratio has the greatest effect on the catalytic efficiency in equilibrium state, while the exhaust flow has the greatest effect on the pressure drop and particulate oxidation rate in equilibrium state.
