摘要
To understand irradiation accelerated the corrosion behavior further, the early-stage aqueous corrosion-related behavior was investigated in heavy ion irradiated P92 ferritic/martensitic alloy by multiple characterization techniques. The oxide film was formed at 350 °C/10 MPa water for 80 h. The surface morphology of irradiated specimen was different from that of unirradiated specimen. Many grains were fused together in irradiated specimen. Doppler broadening spectroscopy of slow positron beam shows that the existence of irradiation defects could accelerate the production and accumulation of corrosion-related defects in the deeper region of the oxide film.
