摘要

This paper reports the development of novel micro fluidic system for trapping and releasing of micro-objects such as cells and micro-beads. A key advantage of this system, micro-fluidic devices consist of micro-flow channels and micro-chambers are not necessary. To realize this system, micro-heater array device that can be selectively heated at an arbitrary location and thermo-responsive gel were combined. As the results, the method of reversibly gelatinization and liquefied at an arbitrary location on the glass substrate could be established. And 25 μm diameter micro-beads were assembled at arbitrary place was successfully.
