摘要
In order to solve the power supply problem of the fuze on the small-caliber projectile and improve the reliability of the fuze power supply, a miniaturized fuze turbine permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is designed in this paper, which is a physical power supply driven by wind. In order to improve the electromagnetic performance of the design schemes, this paper proposes a methodology based on dimensional parameters optimization, optimizes the design parameters based on the Rotational Motor Expert (RMxprt) module, and then conducts electromagnetic performance analysis based on the Maxwell 2D module. Finally, according to the performance parameters, the scheme with 6-pole 9-slot mode is selected among the two schemes with different pole-to-slot ratio, its load line voltage is 21.53 V, and the rated load output power is 47.15 W, which meets the design requirements.
