摘要
This paper presents a new design method of totally self-checking (TSC) triple modular redundancy (TMR) system voter. Compared with other TMR systems with self-checking capabilities, voter is TSC, and no extra redundancy is incorporated into the system. This design is suitable for the VLSI implementation. The concept of TMR TSC voter could be expanded as the design of NMR TSC voter.
