Design and verification of acceleration data recovery device during high-speed projectile entering water

摘要

In the high-speed water impact experiment, we need to store and recover the acceleration data generated during the water impact. In response to this demand, we adopted a high anti-noise IEPE sensor, matched with the corresponding signal conditioning module, and used a 24-bit high-precision A/D conversion expansion board to develop an acceleration measurement device system plan. This scheme completes the layout and wiring of the entire collection device. Aiming at the power supply problem under high overload, we designed a power supply regulator IC and conducted an overload analysis. The data recovery device adopts a disconnection trigger scheme, which increases the reliability of the experiment. The software uses a double-cache storage solution, which uses less cache space to achieve data caching. The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the acceleration acquisition system is relatively high. Within the allowable error range, the acceleration acquisition device can provide basic data support for the acceleration analysis of the high-speed projectile in the water impact process, and can meet the needs of actual engineering.
