摘要

Water hammer pressure wave occurring in the high pressure common rail system influences the multi-pulse injection rate. Based on fluid dynamics in transmission pipelines, water hammer pressure fluctuation damper and filter for high pressure common rail system were discussed. The compound H resonant filters were proposed. Results show that filtering effect of compound H-filter in all injection pulse widths is effective. With the compound H-filter, the amplitude of water hammer pressure wave is significantly attenuated and maximum rate of attenuance is 23.7. Fluctuations of injected fuel are significantly reduced and maximum fluctuation rate reduces by 30%. Thus, the compound H-filter is an ideal filter for the high-pressure common rail system.
