摘要
Objective: Using the six groups of big rats (compare group, old group, obesity group, DC group, DL group, DH group) fMRI data to analyze the different features of the six groups of big rats after drink the glucose. Methods: Without the priori knowledge, using the image grey-scale average method (IAM) to implement multi-group experiments. Results: From the experimental results, after glucose loading the response in the hypothalamus was inhabit, the average start response time is 12.6 minutes, the age caused the inhabit response down, drugs can improve the condition, obviously, the start inhabit response time of obesity rat group delayed than other groups, and the response level was also low. Conclusion: The IAM method is simple and convenient to detect the different features of rats, after injecting the glucose. Because of the different feed conditions and ages, the inhibit response in the hypothalamus are different.
