Communication network management information system developed by merging MIS and geographic information system

A visual communication network MIS is designed by taking digitized specific charts as carriers. The practicability and developmental inevitability are verified in the development of communication network MIS by merging MIS and GIS. The MIS has its prospects in the fields of communication.
