摘要

Synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) against N-t-Boc-L-Tryptophan using both acidic monomer (methaciylic acid) and basic monomer (2-vinylpyridine) were reported. N-t-Boc-DL-Tryptophan was successfully discriminated and the mechanism of enantiomeric recognition is discussed.
