摘要
High performance capillary electrophoresis is a powerful tool for optical resolution of chiral compounds. In this work substituted tetrahydro-β-carboline chiral compounds were successfully resolved using β-CD as chiral selector in CZE mode. We studied the effects of experimental parameters (such as β-CD concentraion, pH value, concentration of buffer solution and applied voltage) on the separation. In addition, a possible mechanism of chiral recognition was discussed.
