摘要
In this paper, a novel approach is presented to obtain the cell sheets with mimicking the morphology of liver lobule tissue by electrodeposition method. We would take some steps to gain the sheets. It includes: 1) fabricate microelectrode which coated pattern onto fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) glass based on photolithography technique. 2) electrodeposition experiment which embedded with RLC-18 (rat liver) cells. 3) detach the sheet from the microelectrode by shaking it. 4) assemble 3D tissue structure. In the result, precise pattern in the sheet could be kept and the viability of the cells could be maintained. We also checked the height of the sheet. We believe the use of cell sheets by electrodeposition method is great potential in fabricating 3D cell structures.
