Analysis and application of "J" series message format in TADILs

Based on the important effects in informationization combat and development status in abroad of tactical digital information link (TADIL), as the typical application, "J" series message format was analyzed. From message head, message content and message encapsulation points of view, the typical characters and application of fixed format, VMF, free message package and RTT were analyzed and it is pointed out that the development strategy of TADIL standard plays an important role in its application. Taking aim at the construction status of TADIL in our country, the construction ideas from the technical and management point of view were offered, to promote our army's technique and level of TADIL and infomationization combat through the latecomer surpassing the old-timers.
