abstract = "According to the target threat assessment in battlefield, a threat assessment method based on a combination of membership cloud and particle swarm optimization was proposed. This method can on one hand adjust weights automatically according to the overall distribution of the indexes' value by utilizing particle swarm to optimize the weight, and on the other hand, establish a cloud model based on threat sequencing, as to make the assessment process fully take the fuzziness and randomness of threat information into account. Finally, a three-layer index system is built to test the method and the validity and rationality is verified.",
