N2 - The development of distributed generation and advanced power electronic technologies will bring about the appearance of a large number of DC components, thus greatly changing the traditional distribution network structure and operation mode, as well as making higher requirements on distribution fast simulation and modeling (DFSM). As the most basic and critical analytic function of DFSM, the power flow algorithm has to be able to adapt to this change. Therefore, the mathematical model for the key equipment in the distribution system with multiple DC components is studied, including the steady-state model for AC/DC converters in various control modes, and the distributed generator (DG) which is classified into controllable and uncontrollable types. A novel hybrid power flow algorithm based on Zbus Gauss method is then proposed, with which the interaction and exchange of power flow information between the AC and DC subsystems realized by the AC/DC converter. Based on the IEEE 123-node test feeder, a typical active distribution system case is finally designed and used to test and validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
