摘要

Modern optical ultra clean laboratories usually have the characteristics of high openness, multiple precision in⁃ struments, numerous chemical reagents, and high requirements for environmental conditions. However, there are increasing safety risk factors and management difficulties. This article will explore the safety management system of clean laboratories at home and abroad, drawing on their experience in safety training mechanisms, system architecture, and daily safety manage⁃ ment in ultra clean laboratory management. At the same time, combined with the management of optical ultra clean laborato⁃ ries at the Optical Technology Experimental Center of Beijing Institute of Technology, engineering ethics will be introduced into the construction of safety systems. From the awareness level to the construction of safety training systems, information construction, laboratory daily management, safety culture construction, etc., modern optical ultra clean laboratory safety management models will be explored, providing reference and guidance for relevant ultra clean laboratory management.
