高粱生霉籽粒中草酸青霉菌的分离及其致病性 和基因组特征分析

摘要

In order to identify the causal agent of sorghum grain mold, a Penicillium oxalicum strain was isolated from a sorghum grain with mold and its genome characteristic was illustrated. The pathogen was proved pathogenic to damaged sorghum grains and glumes causing Penicillium glume blight of sorghum, and necrosis of the whole tassel in late infection stage. In genome sequencing, 498 contigs were assembled. The genome was 30.45 Mb in size with GC ratio 50.70%, and contained 8 566 coding genes, including 498 secretory protein genes, 1 038 fungal virulence factors genes and four antibiotic resistance genes. This research is the first report on P. oxalicum pathogenic to sorghum grains and it provided more evidence for the ability of P. oxalicum causing Penicillium glume blight of sorghum.
