摘要

Femtosecond lasers have the advantage of being super fast and precise, making t h e m an ideal way to process graphene materials. In this paper, the femtosecond laser processing of graphene materials is introduced, including femtosecond laser processing of graphene thin film materials and femtosecond laser liquid phase ablation processing of graphene materials. The applications of the graphene materials processed by femtosecond laser, including microcircuits and optoelectronic devices, integrated sensors and mechanisms, and miniature supcrcapacitors, arc also highlighted in this review.
