摘要
The integrated design of active suspension and electric power steering system is incorporated into the multidisciplinary design optimization framework to achieve multi-objective collaborative optimization. By establishing the active suspension model and the electric power steering model controlled by linear-quadratic-Gaussian (LQG), the coupling relationship is fully considered, the relevant system parameters are integrated and the computational model based on cooperation is established. Based on the idea of multidisciplinary design optimization, the complex problems are transformed into a two-level optimization problem, where the subsystems undertake the optimization tasks of their respective disciplines, and coordinate the inconsistencies between subsystems by system-level constraints. The optimization results show that the integrated system performance indicators are improved, not only the ride comfort index is better, but also the low speed steering is lighter, and the active suspension actuator force is also significantly reduced.
