螺旋伞齿轮磨削表面形貌仿真与试验研究

摘要

The spiral bevel gears are widely used in the transmission systems of heavy vehicles and military aircraft. As the last step of gear machining, it would affect the service life and reliability of heavy duty vehicle transmission system if the surface topography fails to meet the requirements. Thus, the prediction and analysis of the grinding surface topography of spiral bevel gears are realized through the modelling and simulation of abrasive particle trajectory and wheel surface topography. The experiment of spiral bevel gear grinding is designed to investigate the influence of different grinding parameters on the surface topography. The results show that the increase of grinding speed, generating speed and grain grit are beneficial to obtain fine surface morphology. The surface morphology of spiral bevel gear obtained by simulation and experiment is basically the same, which shows that the model can effectively analyze the production process of spiral bevel gear grinding surface and the influence mechanism of various grinding parameters.
