纳米金属颗粒的等离子体合成与燃烧特性

摘要

In this paper,nano-sized titanium particles were synthesized by using a self-designed high-frequency nanosecond pulse discharge to ablate the titanium electrode.The effects of power frequency and the flow rate of quenching gas on the size of the synthesized titanium particles were examined.The combustion characteristics of nano-sized titanium particles were studied.The designed power supply well meets the experimental requirements and the results indicate that the size of the synthesized particles increases gradually with the increasing discharge frequency and the decreasing flow rate.The further combustion experimental results show that the burning time of dispersed titanium particle agglomerates consisting of primary particles with the size below 10,nm changes little with the variation of the mobility equivalent spherical diameter of the particle.
