摘要
Aiming at the pathological problem of somatosensory and motor functional disorders in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD), a functional and structural gradient algorithm was proposed in this study to deeply explore the functional and structural abnormalities of somatosensory and motor brain regions in PD patients. Firstly, a group of persons was arranged for subject contrast, including 76 PD patients and 34 healthy persons. A multidisciplinary intensive rehabilitation treatment was arranged for all PD patients in two weeks, evaluating their motor functions before and after the treatment systematically based on the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale III. And then, functional and structural gradient analyses were conducted on the somatosensory and motor brain regions of the three groups of subjects. The results show that the first functional gradient value changes without a gradually decreasing trend in space, while the second structural gradient value presents a mirror distribution. The results of this study indicate that the gradient algorithm can prove the decoupling phenomenon between brain structure and function, revealing the mechanism of tactile perception decline in PD patients.
