多尺度非均匀背景散射中心参数化建模

摘要

The multi-scale heterogeneous background is a rough structure with different scales and shapes and uneven distribution in space. In this paper, a parametric characterization model based on the scattering center method is proposed to quickly calculate the characteristics of multi-scale heterogeneous rough background scattering. The scattering field of multi-scale inhomogeneous background generally consists of the mirror reflection component generated by the large-scale surface, the diffraction component generated by the geometric discontinuity of the large-scale surface and the diffuse scattering component caused by the small-scale rough surface. The traditional radar target scattering center modeling uses distributed, local and sliding scattering center models (SCM) to characterize the reflection and diffraction scattering of targets. However, the traditional characterization of scattering center can only describe the scattering field of large scale smooth surface and geometric discontinuity, and cannot describe the scattering effect of small scale rough surface. Based on the large scale terrain scattering center characterization model, the effect of small scale roughness on the large scale surface scattering field amplitude is corrected by using the coherence model. The parametric representation of incoherent scattering is established by using the bidirectional reflection distribution function (BRDF). In this paper, the scattering characteristics of two heterogeneous multi-scale backgrounds are parameterized, and the accuracy and efficiency of the calculated results are verified by a commercial software high frequency solver, which proves the feasibility of the parametric modeling method of the rough background scattering center.
