摘要

In order to control the shrinkage dimension more accurately and improve the precision of casting dimension, and a new design method to improve the dimensional accuracy of casting was presented. ZL205A alloy was taken as the research object. The castings assigned with shrinkage rate of three kinds of castings including traditional, global envelopment density and local envelopment density by numerical simulation method, then, they were simulated and compared. The simulation results showed that the method based on local envelope density was the best for controlling the shrinkage dimension precision of casting, and it was a calculation scheme that can quantify the influence of local constraints and improve the precision of local dimension of casting. It was better than traditional experience and overall envelope density assignment.
