摘要

In recent years,energetic thermoplastic elastomer propellants have become an important development direction of solid propellants due to their advantages,such as high energy,excellent mechanical properties,recyclability and recoverability.The comprehensive properties of common energetic thermoplastic elastomers were summarized,and the research progress of energetic thermoplastic elastomer propellants in the fields of high energy propellants,high burning-rate propellants,insensitive propellants,low signature propellants and fuel-rich propellants was reviewed.In addition,the preparation processes of energetic thermoplastic elastomer propellants were introduced,such as calendering,molding,screw molding, and melt casting. The recyclability and recoverability properties were introduced.The existing problems and shortcomings of this kind of propellant were pointed out,and its future development direction was prospected.
