摘要
To address the increasingly severe energy crisis and climate change, reducing global carbon emission has become a global consensus around the world. Driven by the urgent requirements of carbon neutrality goal and energy transition, the trend of cleaner replacement of electric energy will become more and more significant. While the distribution system plays an important role in promoting accommodation of renewable energy and reduction of users' carbon emission, it will also face new challenges. This paper focuses on the planning problems of smart distribution networks with carbon emission constraints. First, the development characteristics of low-carbon smart distribution networks are analyzed. Then, the comparisons with traditional distribution network planning are elaborated from the perspectives of new elements, new paths and new forms. The concept of "carbon neutrality zone" is proposed, in which the configuration scheme of low-carbon microecology and the evaluation method of carbon neutrality capability are established. Furthermore, several key issues of smart distribution network planning under multi-scale spatio-temporal dynamic evolution are discussed. Finally, the future research areas and application scenarios of smart distribution network planning with the influence of carbon emission constraints are prospected.
