副研究员，硕导

研究领域和方向
通信与信息系统, 参加包括国家自然科学基金、国家863、国防预研等在内的多个科研项目，获部级科技进步二等奖、三等奖各一项，发表学术论文20余篇。培养硕士研究生30余人，并承担本科生的“信息论”课程的教学任务，教学效果良好。
研究成果
曾获得北京理工大学学科建设三等奖、优秀教学成果奖、“三育人”先进个人、北京市教育工会“工会活动积极分子”等称号。
