拓扑材料薄膜的生长制备和性能分析 传感器的设计制备和分析:水质传感、生物分子传感、光电传感

拓扑材料:研究卤族拓扑材料的制备和拓扑特性的分析,目前主要集中于Bi4X4(X=Br,I)材料。通过对其电学、光学、光电等性质的分析,研究拓扑边缘态的基本特征和可能的应用。目前实验室拥有分子束外延设备、磁控溅射设备、热蒸发镀膜设备、原子层沉积系统、PECVD和热化学气相沉积系统等薄膜材料制备设备。相关表征设备有探针台、拉曼光谱和原子力显微镜。公共的低温物性测量仪可以在2-400K温度范围和0-14T磁场下,研究材料的电学、磁学、热电等性质。

传感器:利用热蒸发和分子束外延的方法制备获得高品质薄膜拓扑材料。基于拓扑量子功能材料的窄带隙和边缘态,设计高灵敏、低噪声的红外探测器;基于拓扑量子材料的表面态,利用电化学原理,设计高灵敏和高特异性识别的生物分子传感器。目前实验室拥有一台真空蒸镀设备、一套真空溅射设备和两套分子束外延设备,此外还有电化学工作站和生物分子孵化工作环境。
