北京理工大学医学技术学院成立于2021年7月，承载“发展新兴医工，筑牢特色医科发展根基”的建设使命，始终坚持“四个面向”，以培育建设生物医学工程学科为目标，以探索医学新方法、创新临床新技术为指引，瞄准国际前沿和“卡脖子”关键技术，聚焦发挥理工科技服务临床医学的能力和优势，着力打造具有鲜明特色的技术驱动型生物医学工程学科，努力为国家培养医学技术创新领军领导型人才。
