Abstract

For the SINR (signal-to-interference-and-noise-ratio) equation based on the polarization ellipse parameters, an optimal polarization scheme called Zero Differential Orthogonal Searching (ZDOS) is suggested and discussed in detail. There are three key points in ZDOS: the global optimal point of SINR is approached to by the first optimization along a special line, then the searching processes are designed along two orthogonal lines to search minimal differential in each direction, and used only the previous local optimal solutions simply. Many experiments are made, and the range of the parameters is given. These experiment results show that ZDOS scheme takes generally several steps to reach the global optimum.
