Abstract

To solve the problems of unstable process, frequent change and difficult management in assembly process of complex products, by introducing the workflow technology, the reverse process flow was defined based on analysis of assembly process execution and feedback process. The information model of process feedback was presented and a workflow based assembly process control and management method was proposed, and the real-time feedback of technology problems in workshops, the automatic running of reverse process as well as the assembly BOM based integrated management of process information were realized. The feasibility of proposed method was proved by actual engineering applications.
