N2 - In this paper, we propose a novel wireless network recommendation system to deal with the user association problem with the existence of small cells. In the proposed system, by rating the base stations (BSs), user equipments (UEs) interact with each other for accurate information about the quality of service (QoS) of multimedia services. A UE desires to acquire better recommendation quality while saving computational resources and protecting its privacy. This tradeoff is formulated as a satisfaction game. We use a utility function to measure a UE's satisfaction, describe the concept of satisfaction equilibrium (SE), and put forward the algorithm to learn the SE.
