Abstract

The production of cell tissue is currently one of the most important topics in Bio-Engineering research. The fabricated tissues are to be used in medicine and biological research. In order to meet the demand in amount, production time and quality, the cell assembly and tissue handling has to be automated. Using robots capable of micromanipulation has the advantages of high speed, very good precision and reproducibility. To realize a stable transportation with high speed, vibration suppression is required. To decide the appropriate vibration control method, the first step is vibration analysis. In this paper, to achieve fast and stable manipulation, the feasibility of real time feedback control through vibration analysis is investigated.
