Tobacco packaging scheduling technology based on manufacturing resources dynamic combination

Abstract

A tobacco packaging scheduling algorithm was put forward to solve problem feeder-packer-brand's flexible constraint in the tobacco packer production line based on dynamic manufacturing resource composition. The algorithm included the rules and the heuristics of tobacco packaging scheduling. The scheduling algorithm was divided to solve the problem of manufacturing resources dynamic combination. The data structure of order was defined which was based on the relationship between work orders and scheduling plan. The way to dynamic packer composition and stopping at same time on machine group algorithm considering the work colander were proposed. The tobacco packaging scheduling system is developed and used in practice.
