Abstract
A thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPUE) which has good miscibility with NG is synthesized and used in thermoplastic composite solid propellant propellant (TCSP). The mechanical properties, combustion and energy properties of the thermoplastic composite solid propellant are studied. It is concluded that the TCSP has high theoretical Isp more than 265 s, and good combustion and mechanical properties.
