Abstract
Design theory of a new acceleration sensor is proposed. The acceleration sensor adopts a cube-corner prism as inertia pendulum, and two-dimensional acceleration measurement can be realized by using laser angle measurement principle. A systematic theoretical study, selection principle of the design parameters and preliminary experimental results are given.
