Abstract

The use of diffractive-reflective hybrid singlet is presented to replace doublet achromatic lens. According to the analysis of the primary aberrations of hybrid singlet and doublet lens, the hybrid singlet is with much smaller aberrations in compare with the doublet lens, light spot is in Airy disk, and the RMS radius reach 0.127. Thereby, the size and weight of the system is reduced observably. The requirement of compacting size is met.
