Abstract

This paper introduces the preparing works for the three-dimensional reconstruction of coronary arteries. It comprises the preprocessing of digital X-ray angiograms, the segmentation of coronary arteries in coronary angiograms, heart vessels skeletonization, identification of skeleton's feature points and matching method of vessels.
