Abstract

The aim of scheduling is getting a production plan to guide the shop working. Scheduling has become a key part of realizing CIMS along with the modern production development. Thus it can be seen that the position of scheduling in manufacture is extraordinary important. So a practical method must be proposed for the real production environment. The gradual optimize scheduling is proposed to save this problem.
