Abstract

Data link is an important part of unmanned aerial vehicles system. The key of design of data link for multi-UAVs is the effective use and control of the transport channel. Firstly, an analysis is given on the link characteristics between the GCS and the UAV. Secondly, in order to reduce conflict in multi-UAVs transmission, we realize the polling and broadcast scheme through redesigning the control protocol and message protocol on the basis of former data link. Lastly, some comparative data on multi-UAVs communication is given to show improvement of data link for multi-UAVs.
