    Abstract

    The globalization of scientific activities boosts the development of international scientific cooperation and communication, and also provides new opportunities to this activity among universities, which has been impelled to a new stage and high standard. Being an important achievement of universities' international scientific cooperation, intellectual property has a direct influence on the outcomes' benefit evaluation, as well as the potential and motive of future development. The management of intellectual property in universities' international scientific cooperation relates to the universities' rights protection and innovation incentives to their own research outcomes. By comparing internationally renowned universities' intellectual property protection measures in the management of foreign-related scientific research, this paper draws lessons from advanced foreign experiences, combines with the current situation of universities' management of foreign-related scientific research in our country, and puts forward correspondent improvement ideas.
