Abstract

Commercial drivers' safety evaluation indicators and evaluation methods are important parts of transportation system. Firstly, the correlation coefficient between influencing factors and the accident level was calculated combined with relevant research data and systematic reviews theory, the factors related to commercial drivers' safety were also quantitatively determined. Secondly, relational model between driver factors and the severity of the accident was established using Logistic regression method to explicit the influence of some factors on accidents. Finally, the selection of commercial drivers' safety evaluation indicators was studied combined with data analysis and modeling.
