Abstract
A tandem electrophilic thiocyanation/cyclization of 1,3-diphenyl-2-propyn-1-one O-methyloxime has been achieved under mild conditions. This method provides efficient access to a series of thiocyanato-containing isoxazole derivatives in moderate to excellent yields, demonstrating broad substrate scope and good functional group tolerance.
