Abstract

Several new hyaluronic metal complexes were synthesized with the sodium hyaluronate as raw material. The properties of synthesized complexes were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, EDX and elemental analysis. The preliminaries of anticancer activities in vitro on human uterine cancer cells demonstrate that a few of new hyaluronic metal complexes have better anticancer activity than that of the background sodium hyaluronate.
