Synthesis and properties study of novel organic semiconductor materials based on Diketopyrrolopyrrole

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

Diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) is an important class of organic semiconductor materials, widely used in organic solar cells, field-effect transistors, and other applications due to its excellent electronic transport properties, structural stability, and tunable optical characteristics. This study focuses on the design and synthesis of novel aryl-ethylene DPP derivatives with various aryl and alkyl chain substitutions, exploring their optoelectronic properties. The research provides new insights and methods for developing high-performance and multifunctional organic semiconductor materials.
