Synthesis and characterization of vinyitrimethoxylsilane/acrylated epoxy resin dipolymer

Abstract

The dipolymer using vinyltrimethoxysilane and acrylated epoxy resin as monomer was synthesized by means of solution copolymerization. Technological process of reaction was optimized by the cross experiment. At the same time, the structure of dipolymer were examined by using of the apparatus-IR. The thermal stabilities of polyurethane were examined by TGA. The results showed that silicone chains were successfully introduced into the dipolymer. With the increasing of amount of silicon, heat-resistant of polymer will be increased.
