Abstract

The phase, microstructure and dielectric properties of (Zr_0.8Sn_0.2)TiO₄ (ZST) microwave ceramics doped with La₂O₃ and BaO were investigated. The ZST ceramics showed very good dielectric properties. A major ZST solid solution was formed with three minor phases in the doped ZST ceramics. The sintering temperature was lowered by using La₂O₃ and BaO.
