Abstract

The phase, microstructure and dielectric properties of (Zr0.8Sn0.2)TiO4 (ZST) microwave ceramics doped with La2O3 and BaO were investigated. The ZST ceramics showed very good dielectric properties. A major ZST solid solution was formed with three minor phases in the doped ZST ceramics. The sintering temperature was lowered by using La2O3 and BaO.
